What inspections need to be done after the wet spray machine is started up
When using a wet spraying machine, starting is a step. Only a successful start can be used to enter the normal wet spraying process. Therefore, in order to ensure that the concrete wet spraying machine starts successfully, it must be carefully checked after it is started. Let me discuss it for everyone.
1. Check whether the rotating direction of the concrete wet spraying machine is correct. If it is reversed, adjust the wiring position of the main motor.
2, check whether the lubricating oil reaches each lubrication part.
3. Check whether the pressure of the hydraulic oil gauge of the wet concrete spraying machine is normal (no more than 5MPa when there is no load).
4. Place the handle in the forward position (close to the operator's side), and observe whether the movement of each cylinder is in place and whether the S tube swings in place.
5. Check whether the various parts have abnormal noises, respond to abnormalities, and shut down for maintenance.
After the wet concrete spraying machine is started, complete the above inspections, if everything is OK, the entire start-up work is completed, and the head can be put into the normal wet spraying link!
