What points should the concrete pump truck pay attention to before operation
Today, I have summarized some rules for you to pay attention to when operating a concrete pump truck. How to do it correctly and according to the regulations. Here are some important points to share with you:
1. The use of the automobile chassis, internal combustion engine, air compressor, water pump, hydraulic device, etc. that constitute the concrete pump truck shall comply with the general regulations of the automobile and the relevant regulations of the concrete pump.
2. The location of the pump truck should be flat and firm, with no obstacles around it and no high-voltage power lines above it. Pump trucks must not be parked on slopes.
3. After the pump truck is in place, the outriggers should be set up and the machine body should be kept level and stable.
4. After being in place, the pump truck should turn on the parking lights to avoid collisions.
5. The pre-operation inspection items should meet the following requirements: ①Fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and water tanks are filled sufficiently, the tire pressure meets the regulations, and the lighting and signal indicators are complete and good; ②The hydraulic system is working normally, and there is no leakage in the pipeline; The equipment is well-equipped; ③There is no debris in the mixing hopper, and the protective grid on the hopper is intact and tightly covered; ④The transmission pipeline is firmly connected and sealed well.
6. Before pumping, when the hydraulic oil temperature is lower than 15°C, the oil temperature should be raised by prolonging the idle running time.
7. When pumping, check the operation of the pump and mixing device, monitor the instruments and indicator lights, and stop the machine in time if any abnormality is found.
8. The concrete surface in the hopper should be kept above the centerline of the mixing shaft.
9. The grid on the hopper must not be removed during operation, and the unqualified aggregate or sundries on the hopper should be removed in time.
10. During pumping, when the pressure gauge rises to the highest value and the operating sound changes, the pumping should be stopped immediately, and the operation method should be used to remove the blockage of the pipe; if it is invalid, the pipe should be dismantled and cleaned.
11. After operation, all the concrete in the pipeline and hopper should be output, and then the hopper and pipeline should be washed.
12. After operation, the control switches, adjustment handles, handwheels, control handles, cocks, etc. of each part should be reset, the hydraulic system should be unloaded and the outriggers should be retracted, the car should be parked in a safe area, and the doors and windows should be closed. Water should be drained in winter.
