What operating details should be paid attention to during the running-in period of small concrete pumps.

Oct 21,2024
Any construction machinery and equipment has a running-in period. During this period, if the machinery and equipment are used improperly, some small problems will occur. So there are several details that need special attention in the use and maintenance of concrete pumps during the running-in period: 1. Strengthen training
Because concrete pumps are special vehicles, operators should receive training and guidance from concrete pump manufacturers, have a full understanding of the structure and function of concrete pumps, and have certain operation and maintenance experience before operating the machine. The product operation and maintenance instructions provided by the manufacturer are essential materials for operators to operate equipment. Before operating the machine, you must read the operation and maintenance instructions first, and operate and maintain according to the requirements of the instructions.
2. Reduce the load
The operating load during the running-in period should generally not exceed 80% of the rated operating load, and an appropriate amount of work should be organized to avoid overheating caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine.
3. Pay attention to inspection
If there is an abnormality, stop the machine in time to eliminate it. If the cause is not found and the fault is not eliminated, the operation should be stopped.
4. Mandatory lubrication
Frequently check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water) of the concrete pump, and pay attention to the sealing of the whole machine. If the oil or water is insufficient or excessive during the inspection, the cause should be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point should be strengthened. It is recommended to add grease to the lubrication points every shift during the running-in period (except for special requirements). 5. Check parts
Keep the concrete pump clean, adjust and tighten the loose parts in time to prevent the wear of the parts from being aggravated or the parts from being lost due to looseness.
6. Mandatory maintenance
After the running-in period, the concrete pump should be subjected to mandatory maintenance, and the inspection and adjustment work should be done well, and the oil replacement should be paid attention to.
