Saintyol DAWIN wet concrete shotcrete pump or say spraying machine are manufacturing 3 models: DSPJ08 diesel or electric power small output 8m3/hr volume model, QKSP-20 robot shotcrete pump in 20m3/hr output capability and truck chassis model QHP30A robot shotcrete truck with 30m3/hr output capability.

Wet concrete shotcrete pump output can be adjusted continuously, main oil pump is variable displacement plunger pump, spraying volume could be adjusted freely. Accelerating adding quantity could be adjusted continuously: according to spraying volume adjust step-less. Saintyol DAWIN Equipment self-lubrication system for the wet shotcrete machine to automatic lubrication for main sealing parts, thus could lengthen wearing parts working life greatly

S pipe surfacing electrode of high strength, wear plate and cutting ring are inlaid with hard alloy of high strength, which not only improves the wear resistance, but increases the service life of parts.

It is equipped with multi-point electric lubricating pump. And together with automatic and effective control of grease's filling amount and time, contributing to the fact that the service life of wear-out parts are effectively increased

Air cooling avoids damage caused by water cooling in winter.

Accelerator is added and controlled by metering pump of domestically famous brand, achieving accurate measurement and realizing stepless speed regulation.

Harm on the health of operator is reduced by lowering dust concentration beside the machine and of the nozzle.

Main Oil Pump

Main oil pump adopts joint venture brand constant power variable plunger pump. Constant power control is effective to prevent the electromotor or diesel engine form overloading. It can withstand higher pressure and load than ordinary gear pump.

Centralized lubricating system

The lubricant will be injected to the main oil line by the plunger pump and distributed to each lubrication point by the distributor. Point-to-point lubrication protects main components from wear and tear.

Cooling System

It adopts dual-cooling system, with cooling and water cooling, not only for hot climate but also for cold climate; it can effectively control the oil temperature of hydraulic system and ensure the safety and reliability
