Precautions for safe operation of wet concrete spraying manipulator

For the safety of construction workers, the safe operation process of wet concrete spraying manipulator is specially made:
1. It is strictly forbidden to use the manipulator as a crane or lifting platform.
2. The vehicle cannot be moved and the manipulator cannot be operated at the same time. After the vehicle reaches the working position, it must be fixed to prevent rolling: use the handbrake, turn off the engine, and put the driving direction joystick in neutral.
3. When extending the legs, make sure that no one is in the danger area. The control device must be easy to operate to ensure safety.
4. Only those who have undergone professional technical training and passed the assessment can operate, use, and maintain this equipment.
5. Due to the heavy weight of the sprayer, it is required to place it on the ground tightly so that the sprayer is reliably positioned and in a horizontal state. Ensure that before starting the manipulator or concrete pump, or before pouring the spraying material into the hopper, the vehicle legs are fully extended to prevent tipping.
6. The concrete sprayer should have a power cord of at least 50 meters long, and the voltage and frequency used must comply with regulations and the phase sequence must be determined.
7. When the running distance is long, the manipulator should be transferred to the transportation position and the arm should be supported by a support.
8. When using the remote control, unintentional movement of the handle will cause the manipulator to move, so special attention should be paid.
9. When moving the vehicle, the boom and slide arm should be fully retracted in the parking position.
10. 9 inspections before operation:
Check whether the hoses and connections are damaged and aged.
At each start, the vacuum gauge of the oil suction filter element and the return filter gauge must be checked. If the pressure gauge indicates in the red area, it means that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
Set the pumping volume controller to "0".
Check the connection of the additive hose.
Check that the pipeline connection is sealed and tight. The electrical circuit and motor are well insulated, without damage or leakage. The electrical box meets the requirements of the specifications, and the grounding and zero connection are intact and not loose.
The batching system should be vented first to prevent damage to the additive pump. Prepare sufficient additives.
Check whether the high-pressure joint of the delivery pipeline (nozzle system) is in place and fault-free.
Check whether the water tank is filled with water.
Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank.
